Competent health & safety advice
The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, Regulation 7, requires employers to appoint one or more competent persons to assist them in complying with health and safety requirements.
A retained consultancy arrangement can provide external competent-person support where appropriate for the organisation.
